Our team is growing! We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Operations Specialist with a strong foundation in HR operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and HR policies. This role will contribute to driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and enhancing systems that support our global employee experience.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll oversee day-to-day People Ops activities, contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, and optimize existing programs and processes. You'll manage the operational aspects of people operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and core HR processes, ensuring the effective functioning of HR technology, policies, and practices.
This role will be based at our HQ in Yaletown - Vancouver. Visier operates a hybrid working model with Mondays and Fridays optional WFH and Tuesday through Thursday office-based.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $90k - $125k / year + bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
