What you will be doing:

• Assists Project Manager with overall direction for one large or several smaller projects/scopes with increased accountability to manage contracts, costs and schedules for a complete project/scope cycle, usually for specific trades or areas.
• This includes managing trade contractors, interfacing with the engineering design team or client, and field staff to plan, execute and problem solve.
• May oversee large technical work scopes.

What you must have:

• Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a project coordinator role preferred. Less than 5 years when adjacent experience creates a foundation for the PC role, or work performance is exemplary.
• Education: Post-secondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Salary/Rate Range: $80,000 – $95,000
