Budds' BMW Oakville is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Parts Back Counter Advisor to look up parts, price, and order for our fast-paced workshop within our dealership. Requirements include experience ordering parts and maintaining inventory, as well as excellent people skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly using ETK.
• Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendors to order parts, tires, etc.
• Create special ordered parts on the dealership computer system for technicians or clients upon receipt.
• Process and close open invoices.
