Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement identity management solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite (12C).
  2. Conduct impact assessments for OIAM application patches and re-apply custom components to ensure continuity of system functionality.
  3. Evaluate, analyse and rectify test defects related to system configurations, workflows and/or custom or vendor delivered functions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality and gain clarification of business requirements.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on identity management best practices.
  6. Analyse and troubleshoot complex identity management issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on identity management configurations and development.
  8. Identify and communicate risks, issues and potential optimization opportunities to project managers and/or leadership team.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Technical Knowledge – 40%:
  1. Minimum 7 years experience as a solution Architect on Oracle Identity and Access Management Systems.
  2. Minimum 5 years solution development with 12C.
  3. Minimum 7 years integration experience in Oracle IAM suite including OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and Oracle Databases.
  4. Experience designing and developing data migration strategies utilizing OIM connector and Entrust SDK.
  5. Minimum 7 years coding experience using JDK 8 and up.
  6. Working experience using C++.
Analytical, Problem Solving And Research – 40%:
  1. Experience in reviewing and analysing vendor patching documentation to identify impacts to IAM configuration and/or functionality (custom and vendor delivered).
  2. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve and ability to work independently and manage multiple competing tasks.
  3. Experience recommending solutions to various technical, operational and service related problems, efficiently and effectively.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot testing defects, estimate development effort, develop and test solutions and package deliverables for deployment.
  5. Minimum 5 years experience with triaging, analyzing, diagnosing, evaluating options, and resolving application problems related to identity and access management solutions.
Communication and Documentation Skills – 30%:
  1. Demonstrated written communication skills to document development solutions and create supporting operational documents.
  2. Demonstrated oral communication skills to provide technical advice to clients and leverage application functions to meet requirements and gain efficiencies.
  3. Participate in regular team meetings and identify issues, risks and potential improvement opportunities.
