Job description

Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• Optimizing digital products with personal saving/investments
• Testing initiatives on the portfolio regarding personal savings and investments
• Looking at data - how do they perform, identify pain points
• Working with partners and identifying their needs
• Confirming their pain points and how that impacts the journey experience from the customer experience
• Identifying areas they could improve upon on the site
• Articulating the strategy they can test, to help with customer engagement
• Understanding the site and the products online
• Leveraging Adobe Target
• Using heat maps to identify how customers are interacting with pages.
• Building hypotheses – testing in market. Making recommendations to the business. Publishing pages through content delivery
• Reporting to the Practice Chapter Lead of Optimizations & Personalization, the Senior Optimization Analyst will be responsible for understanding customers online, recognizing their digital needs and goals, and measuring their success.
• The Senior Optimization Analyst will plan, prioritize, and execute optimization initiatives across public sites and conversion funnels.
• This includes A/B (Standard & Premium), multi-variant testing, segmentation, and targeted testing programs.
• The position will ensure that these initiatives deliver value and improve the client experience across all digital properties (public, conversion funnel, self-servicing, and mobile properties).
• Responsibilities include identifying key success metrics, issuing test plans, technical specifications, analyzing and reporting results, key learnings, and recommended next steps.

Key accountabilities include the following:

• Preparing A/B (Standard & Premium), multi-variant tests, segmentation, and test plans, managing execution of test plans, analyzing results, identifying key learnings, proposing recommended next steps, and publishing the results.
• Analyzing and reporting on key metrics, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to improve online sales, site and conversion funnel performance, and overall user experience.
• Contributing to the strategic thinking and roadmap development of the optimization testing roadmap.
• Ensuring the value of digital data and insights is well understood by partners and key stakeholders.
• Being responsible for the effectiveness of optimization projects to deliver business value and improve the customer experience, as well as identifying opportunities for future site improvements.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and manage initiatives through the definition of KPIs & website metrics, as well as reporting requirements by engaging with partners in and outside of the channel.
• Analyzing data and reports to identify issues as well as revenue generating and cost reduction opportunities, which improve online sales, site performance, and overall user experience, ultimately leading to an increase in ROI.
• Identifying trends and pain points, drawing conclusions, and proposing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization.
• Providing value added analysis to answer questions and anticipate the needs of the Digital Channels teams.
• Creating presentations for senior management that clearly and concisely present analysis and recommendations.
• Defining, communicating, and enforcing optimization standards and policies.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive new initiatives that contribute to the business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate university degree in business, statistics, or analytically-based discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Web Analytics Reporting Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.
• Experience in the use of industry leading web optimization software, such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser, or Google Website Optimizer.
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
• Good knowledge of digital experience and knowledge of segmentation and behavioral targeting.
• Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
• A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate, and timely deliverables to meet deadlines are also required.
• Ability to work independently, as well as exercising strong interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment as a contributing member of the team.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests/multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written business communications skills; experience delivering written & verbal presentations of analyses & recommendations to senior management.

Must have:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Web Analytics Reporting Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.
• Experience in the use of industry leading web optimization software, such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser, or Google Website Optimizer.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

• Financial Institution experience.
