Senior Operations Manager

The Wright Group – one of Ireland’s most established hospitality groups – is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, and cafés across Dublin and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading and supporting venue managers across multiple high-volume sites
2. Driving operational excellence and consistency group-wide
3. Managing financials, improving margins, and hitting key performance targets
4. Enhancing guest experience and service delivery across all touchpoints
5. Working closely with senior leadership to implement strategy and growth plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven multi-site experience in hospitality operations (5+ years)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial mindset with P&L and budgeting know-how
• A hands-on, solution-focused approach
• Based in Dublin or willing to relocate
