What is the opportunity?

A new and exciting opportunity within the WMC, DS Business Risk and Internal Controls. Reporting to the Senior Manager, WMC Business Risk and Internal Controls, you will conduct Enhanced Due Diligence and report your findings and recommendations in a timely manner to AML or DD Manager for review and approval.

What will you do?

• NRR/ERR reviews for CAC, DSG, DSD and P,H&N clients.
• Inquires and Cross Border Prescreen for CAC, DSG clients, DSD and P,H&N.
• Supporting Business and Communicating with HRCT/PEP to get case approved and solved.
• Prepares Submission Requests to the HRC/PEP Committee for CB exception approval.
• Preparing structure chart using Visio for business.
• Channeling Due Diligence Request.
• Assisting with CAC, IAs and PBs on Name Scanning, Worldcheck and Google searches.
• Monitor WMC-DDG inbox for new requests, create cases in Access.
• Monitoring and updating inbox files, U-Drive files, dashboard in Leankit and Access tool.
• Assist IAs and ICs in locating missing clients/beneficiaries through a deep investigation using open sources, ClientSource and prepare the results of the investigation.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Ability to speak fluently and write in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong Written and Oral Communications skills.
• Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crimes Investigations or financial regulatory oversight.
• Strong AML knowledge – CAMS designation preferable.

Nice-to-have

• University degree or equivalent.
• Skilled in Open-source research.
• CAMS Designation.
