Senior Occupational Health Nurse

Experience of case management.

Duties

1. Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
2. Provide guidance on workplace health and safety regulations
3. Develop and implement health promotion initiatives
4. Offer advice on managing employee absence due to health reasons
5. Collaborate with management to create a healthy work environment
6. Maintain accurate health records and reports
7. Conduct first aid when necessary
8. Investigate incidents through root cause analysis
9. Prepare detailed reports on occupational health matters

Qualifications

1. Qualified Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor, either a diploma or degree
2. Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings
3. Knowledge of first aid procedures
4. Proficient in report writing and record keeping
5. Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
