The Ethoca Networking team is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this position, you will:

1. Maintain company-wide network management and support for both LAN and WAN including but not limited to production & development environments both on-prem and in public cloud.
2. Advanced/Intermediate Azure public cloud and Akamai experience.
3. Ensure PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for network systems and participate in 3rd party security audits.
4. Prepare high quality documentation.
5. Work efficiently in a high security environment.
6. Communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization and with external partners.
7. Participate in on-call shifts; our infrastructure runs 24/7.

All About You:

1. Technical and team leadership experience in a 24/7 environment.
2. An expert in core network skills: routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Load balancers, proxies, TCP/IP, etc.
3. Advanced experience with network monitoring.
4. Datacenter support experience including racking and cabling of IT equipment.
5. Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
