What to Expect:
You will be leading the division’s retail and channel marketing vision and strategy for our suite of leading global and local brands (KitKat, Aero, Turtles, Smarties, Coffee Crisp) and season (Halloween, Christmas etc). You will drive strategies that improve category and brand presence in retail, driving objectives through shopper-centric solutions. By bringing to bear insights from consumers, categories, channels, customers, and competitors, you will develop impactful shopper and customer value propositions and channel expansion plans. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will ensure these propositions resonate, encouraging business growth, innovation, and insights.
