The Senior Manager, Subcontractor Risk Management, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, is a newly created role responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the subcontractor risk management program of the Construction group. The Subcontractor Risk Management team supports the Operations project teams by analyzing and evaluating subcontractor risk profiles. This role will expand the subcontractor risk management function, lead a team of risk professionals, and ensure the execution of strategic objectives supporting operational goals and risk mitigation strategies.
This position provides strategic leadership to ensure services meet business units’ risk management goals while driving initiatives that support prequalification programs, risk procedures, and the implementation of the Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) program. The role is accountable for overseeing SDI-related tools and procedures and delivering measurable results that have a meaningful impact on risk mitigation.

$126,000 - $173,250 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
