Reporting to the General Manager of L3Harris MAPPS, you will be responsible for the provision of all products and services under the contract of the River Class Destroyer (formally Canadian Surface Combatant) Portfolio of Projects within L3Harris MAPPS.
More specifically, you will provide leadership and positive influence and work collaboratively with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders to identify projects’ scope, timelines and resources, determine and propose solutions, deliver the products and services as agreed under the Contract, and grow the Portfolio.
You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the River Class Portfolio, managing the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Program including the participation in the negotiation of Contract and Contract changes, coordination of the preparation of proposals, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, budgets and terms & conditions during the transition to an SBCA (Sustainment Business Case Analysis) Contract with the customer.
You will be the Primary point of contact for all matters on the RCD Program, managing a team of Project and Program Managers supporting each of the major constituent contracts:
