What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Life, Health and Wealth Product Initiatives and Execution role will be responsible for supporting the business case development, and Go to Market of Product Solutions to ensure alignment to Insurance’s strategic objectives and that strengthen RBC’s leadership position within the Insurance industry. This role will be responsible for end to end oversight on client solutions made available to brokers and clients and act as a sponsor on multiple initiatives working closely with the Product Development, Management, and Pricing teams, to prioritize Product & Pricing, set the strategic direction and enabling it to achieve and exceed financial objectives.
