Job description
  • Manage a high performing Sales Operations team and hire/scale the team in order to meet the growth needs;
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to develop strategies that will enable the global Sales team to scale effectively - lead initiatives focused on growth, scalability and predictability;
  • Support, maintain, develop and continuously improve adoption of Sales tech stack in conjunction with the GTM Applications team-implement new tech stack;
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leaders and the Analytics leader to execute annual sales planning efforts, including quotas, territories, and headcount;
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on lead generation process, as well as assist in building systems to enable automated processing of potential prospects;
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and ensure adherence to key processes by the Sales Team-manage a team of offshore data analysts to regularly clean & enhance data;
  • Own key Sales and Channel policies including Rules of Engagement, Sales Process & Discount policies;
  • Support overall Revenue Operations activities, including requests through RevOps help desk, QBRs, and Board reporting;
  • Own GTM meetings with the Analytics team and ensure we are forecasting accurately and predictably;
  • Own rollout of compensation plans with Finance and quarterly/monthly SPIFs;
  • Other duties as required.

The full salary range* for this role is $140,100 to $175,000 to $209,900 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
