Job description

Job Summary

This position is the backbone of communication across different aspects of the disaster recovery group, and all of its stakeholder groups. This position will ensure that announcements and communication are set up and working such that feedback and response is enabled.

Job Description

  • Engages with stakeholders to ensure two-way communications and an understanding of evolving requirements to the disaster recovery program
  • Stands up "clinics" to provide training support and identify gaps in support documentation
  • Creates power-point decks as training for stakeholders
  • Creates power-point decks to share with senior management on status and progress of adoption of new requirements
  • Coordinates/acts as link between different groups within Disaster Recovery to ensure consistent messaging and process
  • Creates and sends communication/announcements as-needed
