Here is your opportunity to be a part of TD's enterprise Protect Team that is building enterprise KYC solution for AMCB

The Technology Data Lead (KYC Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and support of the KYC Platform coordinating with multiple development teams across the Organization with respect to Data load and data quality. This entails aligning with other delivery Teams & Vendors.

This role will primarily support KYC Product for AMCB (US) although can be based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Challenge the norm and provide thought leadership in KYC required control solutions which meet regulatory expectations and deliver the best-in-class customer and colleague experience.
  2. Work with senior business and Tech leaders to ensure our product capabilities and solutions are functionally aligned with requirements.
  3. Collaborate with Governance, Information Security, & engineering teams to guide the design and implementation of frameworks, standards, and processes to meet Banks Audit & Compliance requirements.
  4. Support any regulator exam, audit, or other relevant control execution and review of the KYC data across Teams.

Technical & Professional Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in data management and analytics skills.
  • Proven experience of working with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, data engineers, and business analysts.
  • Proven experience designing, managing building data streaming pipelines, building control reports and repository for reporting.
  • Knowledge of core business, products, and operations teams.
  • Support the KYC development with advanced analytics and data science.
  • Good understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management, security, and audit compliance.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects, set priorities for the teams, and resolve issues by working collaboratively across enterprise teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and apply skills to exercise influence over others' decisions without express authority and influence mass change management.
