We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Pricing to own and execute our day-to-day pricing activities across our core health and wealth administration solutions. Over time, you’ll also support additional offerings—like navigation, leaves, and more—as part of our expanding suite of services. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to structure deals, build financial models, and recommend competitive, profitable pricing. You’ll also have opportunities to participate in strategic initiatives and special projects that will influence the broader pricing strategy and help shape how we deliver value to clients in support of our financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Pricing Support

  • Develop & Maintain Financial Models: Construct clear, robust Excel models for active deals, ensuring that all service costs, client requirements, and market trends are incorporated.

  • Provide Tactical Recommendations: Offer concise guidance on discounting, bundling, and other pricing levers, balancing client demands with profitability targets.

  • Stay Responsive: Turn around pricing requests swiftly, adapting to new information or last-minute adjustments without compromising accuracy.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales reps, client management, and operational leaders to confirm deal assumptions and finalize pricing structures.

  • Participate in Review Sessions: Present model outputs and rationales in internal deal reviews. Proactively highlight financial risks, opportunities, and considerations for leadership feedback.

Deal Modeling & Execution

  • Manage Multiple Deals: Keep track of several concurrent deals, from straightforward renewals to complex multi-service contracts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Document & Communicate: Precisely record pricing decisions, approvals, and relevant changes. Communicate updates to stakeholders promptly to keep everyone in the loop.

Pricing Tools & Process Improvement

  • Refine Excel-Based Tools: Continually update modeling tools to make them more accurate, user-friendly, and transparent for stakeholders.

  • Streamline Processes: Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements that reduce turnaround times and enhance consistency.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Monitor Performance: Collect and analyze data on closed deals, identifying patterns that inform future pricing and discount strategies.

  • Inform Broader Strategy: Share insights on market conditions, competitive tactics, and emerging trends to influence how we evolve our overall pricing approach.

Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

  • Contribute to Key Projects: Collaborate on high-impact projects and initiatives aimed at refining our list pricing, bundling strategies, and go-to-market approach.

  • Influence Wider Pricing Strategy: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to pilot new pricing frameworks or cost models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in pricing, financial analysis, contract management, or a relevant role (B2B experience strongly preferred, Benefits experience a plus).

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling). Familiarity with other analytical tools and CPQ suites a plus.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Comfortable balancing numerous tasks under tight timelines in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong Communication: Able to translate financial data into plain language, effectively aligning with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Team Collaboration: Skilled at building rapport with stakeholders across different functional areas and organizational levels.

Who You Are

  • Analytical Mindset: You love digging into numbers, identifying trends, and translating them into actionable solutions.

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for catching inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity, even with high-volume work.

  • Proactive & Organized: You anticipate what stakeholders need, stay on top of deadlines, and take ownership of follow-through.

  • Flexible & Adaptable: You handle sudden changes or last-minute requests with composure and maintain accuracy under pressure.

  • Business Savvy: You understand how pricing decisions affect customer relationships, profitability, and overall business goals.

What We Offer

  • Impactful Work: You’ll directly shape the commercial success of our core solutions and influence how we price emerging service lines.

  • Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive culture that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Involvement: Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects that help define our broader pricing strategy and future direction.

Working Conditions

  • Minimal Travel: Mostly office-based or virtual collaboration, with occasional travel for critical meetings.

  • Fast-Paced Cycles: Expect periods of high intensity during key deadlines or competitive deal pursuits.

  • High Confidentiality: You’ll handle sensitive financial data and insider information, so discretion is essential.

If you’re excited about using data-driven insights to power our pricing engine and thrive in a role that blends hands-on execution with strategic impact, we’d love to hear from you!
