Job description
  • You will be responsible for the performance, service, and functional support to end users across the Co-operative Retailing Systems (CRS) on JD Edwards (JDE) financial systems and other financial systems.
  • You will lead engagement with clients in creating and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to ensure performance is meeting requirements and any issues are investigated and rectified.
  • You will coordinate with the Innovation team to effectively maintain systems and tools for end users and internal users.

You will work closely with Financial Systems Managers and System Analysts while maintaining 3 direct reports, and will report into the AVP, Finance and Systems. This team strives to cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and proactive problem-solving.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Finance and :

  • Have a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting.
  • Have a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Have 5-7 years of supervisory and accounting experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with a financial system support environment and Service Now ticketing system.
