Make an impact with our Professional Niche team as a Senior Manager. Our group of specialists work with clients in various professional practice areas, including, but not limited to: medical, dental, veterinarian, legal, chiropractic, and optometry. This diverse team of professionals are dedicated to exceeding clients’ unique needs within a rapidly evolving business and financial reporting landscape. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide comprehensive, tailored financial information that enables clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

1. Lead client facing engagement teams to complete compilations, reviews, compliance tax engagements, cash flow projections, consulting for purchase and sale of practices, and other advisory services.
2. Deliver expert industry and technical expertise through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and the creation of high-quality deliverables.
3. Manage a portfolio of clients while understanding their business, key risks, and ways to deliver added value; ensure clients’ needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop.
4. Accountable for engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (i.e., budgets, WIPS, timely billing, collection, variance recognition).
5. Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to the client’s business, financial entries, and reports.
6. Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs.
7. Collaborate with various service lines within the Firm to deliver a diverse range of services to clients, acting as a liaison between clients and service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
8. Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
9. Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
10. Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.

1. CPA designation.
2. More than 10 years of relevant public accounting experience (there is a potential for fast-track to Partnership).
3. Extensive understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
4. Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills.
5. Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills.
