Our client, Moment Factory, is a multidisciplinary entertainment studio specializing in the creation, design, and production of immersive environments. Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Moment Factory also has offices in Tokyo, Paris, New York, and Singapore. Founded in 2001, the company has over 550 unique projects created by its 400 passionate employees.

Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will primarily focus on supporting the legal needs of the Distribution business unit and Moment Factory Originals. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

1. Advise business teams on risk assessment and recommend optimal structures.
2. Participate in the negotiation and drafting of various partnerships and joint-venture agreements, serving as a liaison with external lawyers in the relevant jurisdictions.
3. Handle negotiations for co-production agreements and licensing contracts.
4. Oversee both the implementation and operation of various projects.

If you have experience in business law, particularly corporate and transactional law matters, we’d like to hear from you. Knowledge of entertainment, intellectual property, information technology, and general commercial law is a valuable asset, as is experience negotiating with international counterparties. Ref.#33232.
