Senior KBE Engineer

We are recruiting an experienced Senior KBE Engineer to join our team supporting our client in the automotive industry.

NOTE:

• Hybrid
• Must be willing and able to travel provincially and internationally, without restrictions, effective on the start date

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques
• Dictating architecture and construction techniques
• Training other Catia/NX engineers on modelling techniques and architecture

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• 2+ Years of CAD modelling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling
• Extensive background in developing, packaging, and synthesizing complex vehicle systems

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience
• 5+ Years of body experience
• 5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX
