Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of engaging, process-driven learning content with hands-on SAP Enable Now experience.

Our large energy utilities client is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of engaging, process-driven learning content with hands-on SAP Enable Now experience.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development
Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now, including creating and editing:
Simulations
Guided tours
eLearning modules
Job aids
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain)
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
