Job Description:

  1. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support Identity Governance solutions that integrate Provisioning, Authentication, and Authorization processes.
  2. Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot IAM related issues independently or collaboratively while adhering to service standards.
  3. Data Management: Assist in data cleanup and analysis to support day-to-day operations of the IGA platform.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Participate and lead initiatives that optimize IAM workflows and implement new technologies.
  5. Access Review: Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  6. Reporting: Independently resolve reporting requests by generating detailed reports on IAM metrics, including access trends and access review decisions.
  7. Audit Support: Experience in responding to Audit and Compliance inquiries by gathering evidence to support control requirements.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with application and business owners to reconcile roles and entitlements based on business needs.

Required Skills:
  1. Strong analytical skills
  2. Knowledge of IAM principles and tools
  3. 3-6 years' experience in IT or a related field, with knowledge of IAM principles and Identity Governance and Administration tools like SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity Governance, etc.
  4. Experience with data analysis software like Power BI and Excel
  5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls partners and business line stakeholders.
