The IDEA, Wellbeing and Reconciliation strategies are in execution mode and requiring significant coordination of events and opportunities, vendor management, invoicing and budget expertise. The Sr IDEA Coordinator will assist with the review, research, development, implementation, and communication of a range of IDEA programs, processes, resources and tools. This role focuses on delivery, support and continuous improvement of IDEA programs/processes and works closely with the HR team to ensure alignment to business strategies.
How You Will Create Impact
- Advise and support all partners on IDEA tools, resources, processes, procedures, guidelines, and program interpretations.
- Review and update IDEA guidelines, processes and procedures including intranet and external website.
- Manage all invoicing and oversee budget coordination, including vendor renewals.
- Support all event planning, catering, translation services and liaison to facilities.
- Participate in working committees for IDEA initiatives and projects. Support small to medium sized project coordination, including gathering requirements and recommendations new resources and tools.
- Support IDEA communication channels, including IDEA inbox, Source, Teams' pages, Yammer and Leader Portal.
- Regularly post on Viva Engage to raise awareness of events, IDEA, Wellbeing and Reconciliation activities, and support Employee Resource Group related activities.

To Join Our Team
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Event Management, Human Resources or Social Sciences.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced excel/data management skills and comfort with HR software and enterprise accounting and vendor management systems.
- Data analytic skills - can understand data, interpret results and explain to an audience what the data is telling us.
- Strong understanding of IDEA, Reconciliation and wellbeing concepts and best practices and/or one area of proficiency with willingness for continual growth.
- Working knowledge of inclusion, basic concepts, accessibility and compliance-related fundamentals.
- This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Expected Salary Range: $49,054 - $81,756.
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
