  • Support with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience (hospitality industry experience is a bonus).
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation (federal and provincial) and WCB practices.
  • Skilled in training facilitation and leadership coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally, experience with Dayforce or a similar HRIS.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
