The role of a Senior HR Generalist is to offer exceptional service to West-Can HR’s clients through HR consulting including organizational reviews, policy manual development, recruitment and selection, investigations, and full internal HR support as needed. This position is ever-changing, and never the same day-to-day as West-Can HR engages with the business community and strives to meet and exceed their needs. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive team while making a significant impact on our client’s HR success.

What you’ll do:
- Client engagement and support including issue resolution, HR strategy, and compliance.
- HR policy/process development and implementation.
- Full end-to-end recruitment for client roles.
- Business development, team collaboration and contribution to business growth/strategy.
- Community engagement, networking, and collaboration.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be intuitive, friendly, creative, enjoy meeting new people, and support our positive & fun work environment at West-Can HR.
- Must be driven and experienced in self-management.
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook is required with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software.
- Must have professional verbal and written communication skills.
