YOU ARE:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer/Artist to join our dynamic casino game team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually stunning game assets and a passion for storytelling through art. This role involves leading design projects, helping with ongoing games and social media updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphics that enhance the gaming experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execution of high-quality game assets, including characters, environments, UI, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other artists to ensure cohesive visual style and integration of graphics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the visual quality of our games.
• Participate in the development of style guides and maintain consistency in visual branding across all projects.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of peers and junior team members.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or game art, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Spine, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with animation, 2D and 3D modeling, and/or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Experience in the gaming industry, casino, AAA or indie game development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
