Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for print and digital design. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented designer to support the design and production of branded marketing materials in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and information design with a passion for creating high-impact visuals for print, video, and presentations.

Major Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging print and digital marketing materials, including collateral, advertising, web and social media graphics.
• Create engaging digital content including animation and videos to support our online presence and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations and infographics for client pitches, proposals, seminars, and internal communications.
• Act as Osler’s brand custodian to ensure all branded products are compliant with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand visual communication needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in design and technology, integrating innovative approaches to your work and the team's overall workflow.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as an inhouse designer (B2B or professional services or agency environments preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach to design and typography.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and presentation design.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere).
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and experience designing/working with templates in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in WordPress or other CMS environments.
• Online portfolio showcasing strong typography and creative across various media.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
