We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help us elevate our creative projects.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing high-quality designs that reflect our clients' brand vision and meet strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with our creative and online directors to produce impactful logos, marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets. From concept to production, you’ll oversee the design process and ensure that all deliverables adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop creative concepts, including logos, brochures, ad layouts, business cards, and presentation materials.
• Design digital marketing assets such as websites, emails, social media graphics, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional service.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of design trends and continuously improve.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with both print and digital design, including knowledge of web and social media design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to work overtime when required, and willingness to learn and adapt.
