Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (18-month Contract)

What We’re Looking For
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team to create and manage digital and print designs, develop storyboards, design animation assets, and animate videos for our marketing needs. We are looking for someone who is a designer first with a keen eye for typography and layout, plus a creative flair and the ability to challenge the status quo.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for graphic design, knowledge of graphic design styles and techniques, and a great understanding of a creative approach to problem-solving. You will manage all assigned graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and consistently generate creative ideas. You should also have experience designing marketing campaigns and general knowledge about marketing best practices. You will ensure that the Creative Services team promotes the company's vision by producing on-brand, high-quality content. You should demonstrate a high level of proficiency in graphic design using industry-standard design applications. It is expected that you will have knowledge of printing procedures, illustration, and strong verbal and written communication. What You’ll Do

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Attention to visual details.
• The Senior Graphic Designer reports to the Team Lead or Art Director.

Experience You’ll Bring

• Graphic Design Diploma or Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding online graphic design portfolio with exceptional graphic motion and editing ability.
• Passion for creating a breakthrough visual and creative campaign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Expert with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud design applications.
• Knowledge and awareness of current design trends and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to lean in and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to meet deadlines and successfully collaborate within a multifunctional and global team.
• Applicants that do not provide a portfolio of relevant work will not be considered.
• Some experience with 3D Animation.
• Some understanding of UI/UX.
• Some experience with video graphics.
• Some experience with web design and coding.
