Pay Details: $76,800 - $115,200 CAD. This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:
Join our dynamic Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience 1B team and play a key role in managing various Operational and Regulatory Programs.
We are currently seeking three (3) talented individuals to contribute to the oversight of multiple unique Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience businesses across U.S. and Canada focusing on the identification of risks and mitigation through strong control governance.
Depth & Scope:
Execute on all aspects of Operational and Regulatory risk programs including participation in various risk assessments in support of all TECE businesses.
Presents and makes recommendations to senior management on effective control management and Program effectiveness through various Operational and Regulatory risk programs including E2E RCSA, Key Indicators, Issue Management, and QA/QC testing.
Ensures an integrated approach with other businesses and risk partners to ensure proper 1A oversight is achieved while also enabling the business to meet their customer's expectations.
Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives and manages resource allocation including annual and as needed risk and gap assessments.
Establishes effective relationships with different Stakeholders, Business Sponsors, Executives, and LOB.
Deep knowledge of Operational and Regulatory Risk programs and understanding of businesses/technology, and organizational practices/disciplines.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
Knowledge and understanding of the 3 lines of defence.
University or Post-Graduate degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical/research skills & business acumen with the ability to breakdown complex subjects into manageable parts in a systematic manner & assess risk/challenge the status quo.
Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions.
Knowledge of US and/or Canadian regulatory environment.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and leveraging available standards and policies to support business interpretation of risk and regulatory expectations.
Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program activities to ensure completion.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
Self-driven, self-motivated and operates effectively in an independent version.
Strong data and reporting skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Comfort with working in a culture of change and navigating a matrix environment.
Collaborate and negotiate solutions with a variety of stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt and manage within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
