This role is based at our Sealed Air Canada head office and manufacturing facility located in Brampton, ON. Our location produces lightweight foam, Jiffy lite bubble padded mailers, bubble wrap products, and other protective packaging products. This is a seven (7) month contract assignment to backfill for an upcoming maternity/parental leave. There is possibility of extension during this time.
The Senior Generalist, People Experience role supports, implements, and executes all tactical aspects of the HR function for a designated client group (primarily our Brampton site and our Canadian employees, but also regional US employees). Responsibilities include but are not limited to pension administration, employee relations, employee engagement, total rewards (compensation, benefits, immigration & relocation); talent acquisition (recruiting, new hire onboarding, orientation), talent management (succession planning, performance management & development), diversity & inclusion programs coordination, employee life cycle management, process improvement and documentation, and goodwill initiatives.
