Senior Front-End Developer

Venor is proud to partner with Raffle Systems Inc. in their search for a Senior Front-End Developer. This role is remote within New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

On their behalf, we are looking for a versatile and accomplished Senior Front-End Developer—someone who goes beyond writing great code to elevate digital experiences holistically. You have a multifaceted skillset, blending technical expertise with an understanding of UX, performance, analytics, and experimentation that drives engagement.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building beautiful, high-performing interfaces while also helping to define best practices, design systems, and front-end strategy. What You’ll Do

• Develop performant, visually polished user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing architecture, design systems, and component libraries.
• Contribute to UX/UI decisions, collaborating with designers to refine interactions and usability.
• Establish and document front-end standards to ensure maintainability, scalability, and consistency.
• Advocate for optimization—fast load times, efficient rendering, and smooth interactions.
• Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine digital experiences.
• Improve stability and maintainability, thinking beyond just features to long-term system health.
• Work in environments where resources may be limited—filling gaps and driving progress proactively.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of front-end development experience
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with techniques like conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and tools like Google Analytics
• Ability to architect reusable components and contribute to front-end scalability.
