Job Description

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process and reformulation of existing products, with a focus on:

1. Creation and management of recipes for sauces, pasta, soups, and ready meals
2. Development and reformulation of products, from raw material selection to defining the production process
3. Industrialization and optimization of production processes
4. Management of packaging and market launch
5. Coordination of testing and production phases
6. Project management for innovation in the ready meals category and new product lines

Required Qualifications:

1. Preferably a degree in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines
2. Solid experience in R&D in the food sector (preferably in sauces, ready meals, pasta, and soups)
3. Knowledge of production processes, international food regulations, and market trends
4. Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
5. Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus)
