Senior Financial Analyst - Treasury Finance

Our client, a technology solution provider, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for accurately forecasting cash balances, including stress testing, to ensure the company has sufficient cash flow for its operations. This role involves close collaboration with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams for issue resolution and variance analysis. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage the administration of bank accounts and maintain strong banking relationships.
This role is hybrid 2 days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Forecasting:
  • Accurately forecast cash balances and perform stress testing to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company's operations.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and provide recommendations for optimal cash management.
• Collaboration with AR/AP Teams:
  • Work closely with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to resolve issues and discrepancies.
  • Conduct variance analysis to understand and explain deviations in cash flow projections.
• Banking Relationships:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the company's banking partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the administration of bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, managing signatories, and ensuring compliance with bank requirements.
  • Negotiate banking terms and services to optimize costs and support the company's financial strategy.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance treasury operations.

• Designation: CPA designation required
• Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in audit, banking, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
