I am Romane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll professions.

I am looking for a senior financial analyst for my client in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode with only 2 days in the office in Granby.

Cash Responsibilities

• Participate in cash flow forecasts;
• Analysis and monthly monitoring of cash flow;
• Validation of payment proposals;

Finance Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial statements;
• Analyze variances vs. budget vs. forecasts and provide explanations;
• Participate in the end of month process;
• Participate in the end-of-year process;
• Preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements;
• Prepare monthly executive reports;
• Analyze the profitability of sales and rental contracts;
• Produce monthly KPIs;
• Produce various periodic financial documents to support management in the decision-making process;
• Produce any other analysis and/or report according to the specific needs of the company;
• Participate proactively in improving existing processes.

Minimum Requirements

• BAC in administration, finance, or accounting;
• More than 5 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent command of Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query);
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written (for communication with internal and external clients);
• Ease of communicating and working in a team;
• Autonomy and versatility;
• Sense of initiative & innovation;
• CPA title an asset;
• Knowledge of SAP software, an asset.
