Senior Field Marketing Manager – North America

The mission of the Field Marketing team at Explorance is to support the prospect and customer go-to-market sales teams at a regional level through all marketing channels. This includes industry conferences, Explorance-led events, virtual summits, social and integrated campaigns. Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of the regional sales team to the global marketing team, represents the voice of marketing and is a partner to the regional sales teams. The objective is to support, create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem. In this position you’ll have the opportunity to plan, organize, and execute programs that generate and accelerate revenue opportunities for the North America sales teams, building our momentum in target regions and accounts. You will act as the “mini CMO” and be data-driven to meet KPIs and foster collaboration between marketing and our sales teams representing three business units. You will work closely with product marketing, growth marketing, and business development teams to develop, co-design and leverage integrated marketing programs into land and expand campaigns.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Drive integrated marketing strategy for North America including land and expand campaigns to generate growth from net new logos and the Explorance customer base.
- Plan, develop, execute, and optimize strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns, including communicating program details and results to stakeholders.
- Event Management: Identify key initiatives, organize events and conference participation, from planning to post-event analysis, focusing on new prospects, lead generation, and driving revenue.
- Able to outline pre-during-post strategy including follow up for optimized leads and conversion to pipeline results.
- Lead-to-Revenue Process: Regularly collaborate with sales teams to manage event goal alignment, lead qualification, follow-up, and optimize the lead funnel.
- Build deep relationships and establish credibility with sales leadership and sales teams to understand and help deliver on sales team priorities and goals.
- Embody a positive feedback loop for information sharing and knowledge transfer - you are the voice of your sales segment into marketing and the voice of marketing into your sales segment.
- Lead with optimism and partnership to collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing, and BDR teams for campaign buy-in and to meet industry benchmarks for SQL to SAO conversion.
- Contribute to QBRs, with the intent to improve field marketing budget ROI and success of all cross-marketing or other field marketing-led programs and campaigns.
- Event Success and Optimization: Define goals, monitor performance, plan post-event actions to generate pipeline opportunities, and make recommendations-based analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Manage Event Budgets: Oversee event budgets, ensuring events are cost-effective and meet ROI targets.
- Willingness to travel.
Skills And Experience We Value
- 5 or more years of B2B field marketing experience in SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead, execute, and evolve marketing programs based on performance data and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail while focusing on the big-picture, go-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record and hands-on experience managing and prioritizing initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously across multiple channels, with a focus on driving Sales goals.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and ability to be a strategic and trusted partner.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience designing and managing multi-channel B2B marketing programs targeting enterprise sized accounts.
- Experience with partner marketing is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French – verbal and written.
