FNHSSM is currently hiring a Senior Executive Assistant for the Executive Director/Board of Directors. This position is responsible for providing high level, effective, administrative support to the Executive Director and the FNHSSM Board of Directors. The role is responsible for coordinating daily activities including scheduling, preparing agenda, minutes, and draft correspondences. The demand of this role is heavy, as many responsibilities require coordination to ensure that the administration of FNHSSM is efficient as it is vital to the Nations we support.

  1. A graduate of a college level Administrative Assistant program from a recognized college or technical institute or a combination of related experience;
  2. Minimum ten years executive administrative experience supporting executive management and Chiefs;
  3. Adaptability, if you can adapt to any situation you will thrive as the Senior Executive Assistant;
  4. We need someone who has the ability to multi-task and meet defined required timelines.
