Facility Management: Oversee the operations and general maintenance of the plant, machinery, and associated building facilities.
System Optimization: Ensure that facilities' systems and processes function efficiently, covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and energy management aspects.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot equipment and facility breakdowns, carrying out basic repairs to minimize downtime.
Vendor Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with vendors and service providers on daily routine facilities, maintenance work, and engineering project execution.
Project Planning: Attend to facility works and M&E installations, developing comprehensive project plans for smooth implementation.
Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and skilled workforce.
Engineering Background: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an engineering-related discipline, bringing a strong technical foundation to the role.
Relevant Experience: Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment, to apply your expertise effectively.
Technical Skills: AutoCAD drafting skills are preferred, enhancing your ability to contribute to project planning and execution.
