Under the direction of the Manager of Economic Development, this position is responsible for leading, facilitating, and promoting community and economic development in order to secure opportunities and facilitate processes for economic and business development and sustainability, and to increase business growth.

The Business Analyst, Economic Development, will employ advanced research, analysis and project delivery skills to inform and improve divisional priorities and services as they relate to economic development.

The director of Economic Development executes the strategy necessary to attract, retain and support entrepreneurs, businesses, economic builders and skilled workers and newcomers in the Western Valley region to meet and/or exceed economic growth targets.
