Position Overview: The Senior Director, Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) is responsible for enhancing, implementing, and maintaining the Company's RAF, including leading activities in support of the annual setting of risk appetite by the Executive Leadership Team and review, challenge, and approval of the RAF by the Board. This role involves fostering alignment between the setting of risk appetite with strategic, business, financial and capital planning processes. The successful candidate will become a member of the Enterprise Risk team within the Global Risk Management function.
You have extensive experience in risk management within the financial services industry and a strong understanding of OSFI regulatory requirements and international standards. You know that understanding and managing risk can lead to value protection and value creation. You keenly recognize the importance of risk/return optimization. You are excited to share your expertise in a pragmatic and approachable way with various stakeholders. You are comfortable around senior executives and can influence others to drive great outcomes in support of sound risk culture.

Salary range is expected to be between: $105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
