Teva Canada is looking for a dynamic Senior Director to lead our Generics Retail Sales business across the country. In this key leadership role, you will manage the sales organization and customer operations, including customer service, demand planning, sales analytics, and sales force effectiveness. As part of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and directly oversee a team of ~50 across 3 departments, fostering a culture of performance and continuous development. Reporting to the VP-General Manager, this role requires a combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to drive customer engagement and business growth.
