What you will do
Reporting to the Managing Director, Kenvue Canada, the Senior Director, Brand Growth Leader, Skin Health & Hair is responsible for leading an outside-in focused and Consumer first marketing team of ~16-20 colleagues across the brand portfolio at Kenvue Canada responsible for delivering against our strategic, operational and financial OKRs for the respective brand platforms.
This role requires the ability to drive accelerated brand growth, build and lead high-performing marketing teams, and manage end-to-end brand strategies. The role will work closely across our end-to-end teams including the sales, supply chain, regulatory, legal, communications teams and the Canada Leadership Team to enhance market penetration. This role will be an influential voice at a global level to drive accelerated market performance and will manage the ecosystem of agencies that enable strategy behind Skin Health, Baby and Hair Care brands.
This leader will also be responsible for developing a high-performance culture and team & lead teams across the Canada Consumer Demand Generation organization. This role will be a key senior leader within the Canadian organization.

Drive accelerated growth across the respective portfolio (i.e. Skin Health or Self Care & Essential Health): Build growth oriented 3-year operating plans as one team, end to end, inclusive of critical connection to regional & global priorities to deliver growth and financial commitments. Drive investment against priority Brands, which reflects effective portfolio planning, resource allocation, bold investment decisions, and intense cost management. Drive commercial innovation.
Boldly identify & drive improvement aligned to Canada OKRs and 3-year operating plans to deliver growth: Responsible for taking strategic investment decisions & choices maximizing impact of investment to drive accelerated growth. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve financial goals.
