What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Build, improve, and grow the technology infrastructure to support application production
2. Design and implement reproducible processes within the enterprise environment
3. Contribute to the development and deployment patterns, including AWS infrastructure management
4. Participate in planning and refining infrastructure tools and processes with engineering leadership
5. Share responsibility for defining and achieving team and individual KPI goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices
2. 5+ years of overall infrastructure management experience
3. 3+ years of AWS experience, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, and ECS/Fargate
4. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
5. Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience operating container-based workloads
2. Solid foundation in security principles and best practices
3. Hands-on experience running highly available MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, or Redis
4. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
5. Experience creating scalable systems in e-commerce or consumer-facing websites
