Our Software Development team architects, develops, tests and maintains the Telesat Lightspeed System Model application, a state-of-the-art engineering software tool running on high performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for the modeling of resource allocation and end-to-end communication system performance analysis of the Telesat Lightspeed satellite constellation.
As a Senior Dev Ops Developer, the selected candidate will help design, implement, and manage scalable Azure cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions that support the software development team. The Dev Ops Developer will work to enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines within a GitLab environment, leveraging technologies such as Artifactory (JFRog), gradle, CMake, etc., and implement and manage containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. Responsibilities also include monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud and on-premises environments for security, performance, and cost efficiency.
The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods program (CGP).
