The Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and growth across our enterprise client base. This role combines customer advocacy, strategic collaboration, and a commitment to delivering value through exceptional service and support. As Botpress expands its reach, we seek a customer-centric professional to champion the full customer journey, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring each client’s experience is seamless and impactful. Above all, we want someone who will do whatever it takes to guide clients into production readiness and prepare them for expansion, maximizing their long-term success and growth.
As a Botpress ambassador, you’ll forge strong partnerships with senior leaders, driving transformative experiences through our AI solutions and ensuring clients achieve maximum impact with the Botpress platform.
Responsibilities
- Do Whatever It Takes: Drive clients to successful production deployment, ensuring they are positioned for expansion and maximizing the value they gain from Botpress.
- Customer Advocacy: Prioritize client needs and work closely with enterprise customers, aligning Botpress’s solutions with their operational goals and maximizing success.
- Strategic Engagement: Develop customized success plans, manage client onboarding, and proactively address any roadblocks to drive sustained engagement and satisfaction.
- Industry Insight: Stay attuned to AI and PaaS industry trends to guide clients in leveraging Botpress’s solutions to achieve their strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute impactful change management strategies and optimize platform benefits.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly track and analyze account health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate client feedback to enhance our products and services.
- Global Perspective: Adapt engagement strategies for clients across various regions, ensuring culturally aware and personalized interactions.
- Proven Success: A minimum of five (5) years of customer success experience in PaaS or SaaS within a product-centric or service-driven organization.
- Experience with Account Growth: A strong passion for fostering client relationships and nurturing expansion opportunities, with demonstrated experience supporting successful client outcomes and growth.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in French and English (required); proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator who can convey technical solutions in an accessible manner to various stakeholders.
- Commitment to Growth: Experience in scaling customer success initiatives within high-performance environments.
- Travel Flexibility: Available for periodic travel to meet with customers and partners.
