Salary starting at 65k
100% on-site position in Montréal-Nord, encouraging collaboration and multitasking.
A permanent job with daytime hours.

Responsibilities

1. Take and follow up orders by telephone and e-mail
2. Updating files in SAP software
3. Complaint handling and problem resolution
4. After-sales service and customer retention
5. Quoting, credit and billing

Qualifications

1. Perfect bilingualism
2. At least 5 years' experience in a similar field and in a SME
3. Ability to navigate an order-taking system (SAP, CRM, etc.)
4. Dynamism and leadership
5. Smiling, multitasking and autonomous
