Position: Senior Commercial Lawyer

Location: Toronto/Hybrid

Experience Required: 6+ Years

ZSA is working with a large technology company looking to bring on a senior commercial lawyer. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ experience in commercial contract drafting, ideally in the tech space; M&A exposure would be a great asset as well.
