Are you passionate about end-user experience and want to put your exceptional customer service skills to use in a company that values FUN?

We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic Senior Deskside Consultant for our Vancouver branch who will work both onsite at a client's location and remotely. You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to oversee and mentor other deskside consultants.

A Day in the Life :

• Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
• Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency.
• Install applications and computer peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments.
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.

What You Bring :

• 3+ years of corporate deskside support experience.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role including management tools such as Intune.
• Proficiency with Admin Centers such as Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Azure AD Admin Center and SharePoint Admin Center.
• Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / O365.
• Remote support.
• Active Directory.

Expected Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 a year plus 10% Variable earnings.
