As a Senior Consultant you will join the EY wavespace and Innovation team where you will have the opportunity to work with some of our most forward-thinking clients on some of their most strategic endeavours.

Our EY wavespace methodology is based on a design thinking approach to help our clients generate new possibilities, find answers faster and align people for decision-making. EY wavespace represents a novel way of creating collaborative sessions for people from EY, our clients and the ecosystem to get together and embark on end-to-end journeys of discovery, idea generation and innovation agenda building. In wavespace we apply proven processes and techniques to inspire human ingenuity, reflect on different perspectives and build meaningful outcomes.

Through our global network we draw on expertise from across the world to deliver exceptional and insightful experiences.

Collaborate with teams to design and deliver end-to-end EY wavespace experiences where you will:

1. Assist in the discovery phase to ensure an in-depth understanding of clients’ current situation and future vision through interviews and/or review of strategic plans.
2. Participate in designing, preparing, and executing wavespace sessions where you will:
1. Help create dynamic and immersive experience agendas.
2. Assist the experience designers in creating interactive workshop activities that accelerate transformative problem solving.
3. Work with thought leaders to prepare compelling presentations and insights.
4. Work with the client to help validate and co-design the approach for the session.
5. Support the design and build interactive ideation activities (sometimes leveraging digital tools like Mural and Miro).
6. Attend and, at times, co-facilitate breakout sessions.
7. Capture relevant insights from the sessions.
8. Assist in the preparation of session summary output documents.
9. Leverage your creativity to add to the creation of exceptional and unique immersive experiences with our clients.

In addition, working with our industry and sector teams, you may also have the opportunity to help facilitate innovation ideation sessions and design sprints.

To qualify for the role you should have:

• A related bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in an Analysis, Strategy, Facilitation or relevant field, ideally in a professional consulting services firm.
• Experience with facilitation.
• Demonstrated PowerPoint experience.
• Effective writing, presentation, facilitation and networking skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Exposure to Mural and Miro tools.
• Familiarity with design thinking methods.
• This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.
